Volunteer
Our weekly worship gatherings, groups and events at Parkside are deeply meaningful for all who participate. Those environments are carefully cultivated by the many people who give of their time and talents. Please consider joining in that cultivation through the many volunteer opportunities.
Parksiders are invited to volunteer at the SSIP Food Closet to pack bags of food and distribute them to local residents in need. December 11 has been set aside for Parkside UCC to staff the food closet--this is your chance to see how the food bank operates while sharing the experience with fellow church members. There will be experienced volunteers to work alongside first-timers. Since most jobs require standing and following food handling rules, please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Give a Ride, Get a Ride
Sometimes showing up is more than half the battle. We are in need of additional drivers who are willing to add their names to the list of those who help drive folks that have difficulty getting to and from Sunday Service on their own.

We livestream our services every week and that requires some important behind the scenes work. If you are interested in helping out, let us know. No prior knowledge needed, we’ll train whoever is interested. All people from 6th grade to adult are welcome!
